- NA A requirements contract with a base year and two (2) option periods is contemplated. Work includes furnishing all labor, supervisions, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide a comprehensive Integrated Pest Management (IPMP pr ogram for Termite Control at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. IPM is the sustainable approach to managing pests by combining biological, cultural, physical and chemical tools in a way that minimizes economic, health and environmental risks. Other work includes i nspection, exterior soil rodding, drill with subslab injection, trench and excavation and repair of injection holes. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. Requirement for the contract is that your company must by licensed and certified for both Kentucky and Tennessee. Employees must be certified as Commercial Structural Pest Control Applicators and in Tennessee must be certified as Commercial Applicators. Supervision must be licensed (Master Level) Applicator Inwood Destroying Organisms (Cate gory WDO). Period of performance is for one (1) year. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. NAICS is 561710/Size Standard is $6 million.
