- General Information Document Type: Pre-solicitation Notice Number: F65503-03-R-0007. This is a pre-solicitation notice for the requirement of Transient Alert Maintenance at Eielson AFB, Alaska. A Firm-Fixed Price contract award is contemplated for this acquisition. The contractor shall be required to furnish all management, supervision, labor, material and equipment not otherwise specified as Government furnished property necessary to provide services for Transient Alert Maintenance in accordance with commercial and industry standards, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and procedures. Transient Alert Maintenance applies to all aircraft not assigned to Eielson AFB, AK. The contractor shall be required to provide all personnel, transportation, equipment and services to operate and support transient aircraft. Work consists of but is not limited to lead-in services for transient aircraft arriving and departing from Eielson AFB, AK. The NAICS Code for this service is 488119. The SIC code is 4581. The size standard is < $6M. This is a pre-solicitation only. This procurement will be 100% set aside for small businesses only and will contain one base year and four option years. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 4 April 2003 on FedBizOpps at www.eps.gov. Paper copies are not available.
