- Description
- Solicitation F29651-03-R0004 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The electronic solicitation and synopsis constitute the only announcement. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will be issued. A newspaper contract is contemplated for a 1- or 2 ?year contract with renewal options of 1 or 2 years for up to 6 years to publish the SUNBURST, beginning with the 16 MAY 03 issue. If your firm wishes to compete for the opportunity to publish the SUNBURST, please submit a written proposal no later then 1600 mountain time on the 24th of March 03. Copies of the solicitation will be sent upon request. Any firm interested in a site visit on March 21, 2003 will have to contact Aaron Jiron two days prior at 505-572-7502.
