This solicitation will be a 100% set-aside for very small business concerns. If there is no fair and reasonable offer received from a very small business concern, the acquisition for very small business set-aside may be dissolved and the acquisition will be set-aside for small business. If there is no fair and reasonable offer from a small business concern the small business set-aside may be dissolved and the acquisition open to all responsive bidders. Small and large businesses as well as women-owned and small disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
