- Description
- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service proposes to award a Multi-Year, Firm Fixed Price, Non-Personal Healthcare Service Contract for a Board Certified Podiatrist to provide on-site, 4-hour Podiatry Clinic, two (2) times a month, on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month. The location of the clinic will be at the Rapid City PHS, IHS Hospital, 3200 Canyon Lake Drive, Rapid City, SD 57702. The work duties will be performed as outlined in the attached Statement of Work. The period of performance will be for a base year, plus four (4) one year option years. The quoted "unit price" must be an all inclusive cost.
