- ****The notice issued 2/28/03 is modified to include the applicable NAICS code: 541990 and the size is $6.0M.**** Provide database management support services for NOAA's evaluations of the effects of hazardous substance releases from uncontrolled waste sites as they relate to the resources and habitats of interest to NOAA. The database has three general applications: (1) to serve as an integral component of NOAA's Watershed Database and Mapping Projects, (2) to support site-specific investigations, including evaluations of risk to NOAA resources at priority waste sites, and (3) to explore innovative approaches for evaluating sediment chemistry and toxicity and dvelop new guidelines for screening seiment in support of risk assessment. Specific tasks include the maintenance, development , and application of NOAA's environmental databases.The Contractor shall have management and programming experience in both Microsoft Visual FoxPro and Microsoft Access. This work may be performed from any location in the continental United States. This will be an indefinite delivery indefinite contract with labor hour or time and material task orders. The period of performance will be one base year, beginning approximately July 1, 2003, and will have 4-one year option periods.
