Description

THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS AND SOLICITATION. The solicitation is posted on FEDBIZOPPS. USDA Rural Development (RD) seek to enter into a Fixed Price Labor Hour Contract, to provide: A Senior Contract Specialist. The Period of Performance is from March 31, 2003 through October 10, 2003. This solicitation is small business set aside. Award will be made based on the following factors: Price, Technical and Past performance. Proposals are due by 9:00 a.m. on March 18, 2003. The NAICS code is 561110 Office Administrative Services and the size standard is $6,000,000.00. See solicitation for Statement of Work.
