Description: The purpose of this Solicitation is to secure reforestation stocking exams on approximately 4326 plots on the Hood River and Barlow Ranger Districts, Mt. Hood National Forest. Contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operational supplies and incidentals necessary to complete the contract. This Solicitation is for Small Business Set-Aside.
