- Description
- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to solicit a quotation, on a sole source basis to John Wiley & Sons, Incorporated, 605 Third Ave, 9th Floor/3302, New York, NY 10158. This is on-line medical services subscription from 1/1/2003 - 12/31/03. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Simplified Acquisition procedures will be utilized and an oral quotation will be solicited. Other than full and open competition is authorized pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253(1). Qualified vendors have 5 days from the date of this synopsis to submit capability statements delineating their ability to provide these services. Such qualifications will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to consuct the procurement on a fully and open competition basis. No solicitation exists.
