- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small businesses associated with the NIACS code 335999 and small business size standard of 500 employees. LaserPro etcher, ?brand-name or equal?, 50 Watt, 3-year warranty, training and installation included. It must have programmable start/stop locations, 32 Mg memory expandable to 64 Mg (Simms modules), 20?x32?x6.5? work area, automatic focus gauge, red beam locator, 3D engraving driver, parallel and use connection to computer, single or multiple file mode for up to 100 job saves, internet-downloadable flash Rom for future firmware development, Windows print driver and programmable rubber stamp shoulders, dual head emulsion, graphic control panel, bottom up engraving and 4x4 quadruple head performance. Also include 1 each of the following accessories: Honey Comb Vedor table, Dual head option, EngravePro-Corel 10 Utility, PhotoGrav-Bitmap Processing Software and Vector Art Vedor Clip-art CD. All prospective offerors must, if not already, register with CCR (Central Contractor Registry) at http://www.ccr.gov. As a minimum, offerors must show: (1) The solicitation number; (2) The time specified in the solicitation for receipt of offers; (3) The name, address, and telephone number of the offeror; (4) Price and discount terms;(5) Remit to address, if different than mailing address; (6) Acknowledgement of solicitation amendments, if any, period for acceptance of offers. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer for 30 calendar days from date specified for receipt of offers, unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the solicitation. As prescribed in 12.301(b)(1), 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items. All offerors are required to complete and submit a completed copy of Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, as prescribed in FAR 52.212-3, Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. A copy of the provision can be attained from http://farsite.hill.af.mil. As prescribed in 12.301 (b)(2), 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the clause. The following FAR clauses identified by paragraph numbers 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 21 and 24 of FAR 52.212-5 are considered checked and are applicable to this acquisition. 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statues Or Executive Orders, Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition.
