- USSOCOM will issue a sole source modification to its Multi-Band, Multi-mission Radio(MBMMR) contract with The Raytheon Company to add engineering and technical support services. The Raytheon Company developed the MBMMR, is the only producer and fielding activity, and USSOCOM belives, the only company able to perform the engineering and technical support services. See note 22. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (05-DEC-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 06-MAR-2003.
