Description

The National Institutes of Health, Construction Contracts Branch (CCB) is seeking a highly quailfied Architect Engineering (A/E) Design Contractor with demonstrated successful project experience in complex high containment biomedical laboratory facilities to provide Design Services for planning, programming, estimating, engineering studies, concept design, final design, preparation of construction phase services, commissioning, activation, occupancy and closeout of an Integrated Research Laboratory located at Fort Detrick in Fredrick, Maryland. The proposed facility will be comprised of laboratories designed and constructed to Biosafety Level(BSL)2, 3 and 4.
