- Description
- The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to issue an order on a sole source basis under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1) to the Institute for Scientific Information (ISI), 3501 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104 for a one year subscription to the Web of Science Database, which provides unlimited internet access to the Science Citation Index Expanded. The ISI has sole proprietary rights to the database. This notice of intent is for information only not a request for competitive solicitations and an RFP will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 511140. Numbered Note 22 applies.
