- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services provided in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation SECHQ1-03-Q-0001 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ)The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requires a delivery service for a variety of newspaper and magazine subscriptions for multiple subscribers, to be delivered Monday through Friday (including editions for Saturdays/Sundays and Holidays) The first location is the SEC?s library in the Securities and Exchange Commission building, Washington D.C. at 450 5th St., NW and the second location to the lobby of the 901 E. St. building, Washington, D.C. Period of performance is from November 1, 2002 through October 31, 2 NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-OCT-2002).
