- Description
- The Securities and Exchange Commission intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competitive basis with Bloomberg L.P. for an online news retrieval service that includes information and access to unique business, financial, and securities news. An annual subscription with four one-year options is anticipated. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to provide this service, which shall be considered by the agency. See note #22.
