Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with AAI for the acquisition of 75 Joint Service Electronic Combat Systems Testers (JSECST), 90 sets of Test Program Interface Hardware (TPIH) for the JSECST, and 3 sets of spare parts for the JSECST for the US Navy and US Air Force. It is intended to award a contract for this procurement. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
