- This requirement is for the repair/overhaul of Zone I - Zone V Augmentor Segment Manifolds extended life and/or non-extended life versions (Extended Life Output NSNs: Zone I: 2915-01-352-4673NZ, P/N 4074478; Zone II: 2915-01-353-3957NZ, P/N 4074476; Zone III: 2915-01-348-8143NZ, P/N 4071863; Zone IV: 2915-01-352-4672NZ, P/N 4073248 or Zone V: 2915-01-352-4671NZ, P/N 4071865) or (Non-extended life Output NSNs: Zone I: 2915-01-087-3431NZ, P/N 4051866 or 2915-00-516-7015NZ, P/N 4043031 or 2915-00-327-5432NZ, P/N 4038134, Zone II: 2915-00-327-5433NZ, P/N 4038137; Zone III: 2915-01-147-1898NZ, P/N 4057813 or 2915-00-516-7011NZ, P/N 4043383 or 2915-00-122-8734NZ or P/N 4042363; Zone IV: 2915-00-327-5452NZ, P/N 4038138; or Zone V: 2915-01-147-1899NZ, P/N 4057805 or 2915-00-516-7008NZ, P/N 4043385 or 2915-00-122-8735NZ, P/N 4042365) applicable to the F100PW100/200 engines. The government contemplates awarding a firm fixed price requirements type contract for a one (1) year basic contract period with four one (1) year option periods. The estimated quantity per year to be repaired is Zone I Extended Life 153 ea and Non Extended Life 51 each, Zone II Extended Life 99 each and Non Extended Life 33 each, Zone III Extended Life 117 each and Non Extended Life 39 each, Zone IV Extended Life 153 each and Non Extended Life 51 each and Zone V Extended Life 117 each and Non Extended Life 39 each for a total five year estimated quantity of 4,260 each, which equates to a total five year estimated value of $37,019,859. The governments required delivery schedule for both Extended Life and/or Non Extended Life Zone I is 8 each per month, Zone II is 3 each per month, Zone III is 7 each per month, Zone IV is 8 each per month and Zone V is 6 each per month to be delivered within 30 days without tube replacement or 180 days with tube replacement after receipt of order and reparable asset, whichever is later, and continue at that rate per month thereafter until deliveries are completed. Items will be delivered to FB2039, Tinker AFB. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR 52.209-1. The government is not required to delay contract award to review pending Source Approval Requests (SAR?s). Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SAR?s as soon as possible. If the government has not completed review of a SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR will be retained and the source will be reviewed for possible source approval for future awards. The currently approved source(s) are Woodgroup Fuel Systems in East Windsor, CT and Woodward FST in Zeeland MI. No telephone requests will be accepted. The contracting office will accept requests for solicitations via fax number (405) 734-8776. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This solicitation will be made available to interested parties through electronic data interchange. This solicitation will be posted via the Federal Business Opportunities website http://epsa.satx.disa.mil. Notes 23 and 26 apply.
