- Description
- The U.S. Securities and Exhange Commission (SEC) intends to award a firm fixed price one year contract on a sole source basis to Aspen Publishing for an online service that provides all U.S. and International Accounting Standards Committee (IASC) authoritative and proposal-stage literature. The authoritative literature includes Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) Statements and Interpretations, Technical Bulletins, Implementation Guides, and special reports; Emerging Issues Task Force (EITF) Flash Reports, Abstracts, Minutes and Issues Summaries; American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Accounting Research Bulletins (ARB), Accounting Principles Board (APB) Opinions, Statements of Position, Audit and Accounting Guides, Practice Bulletins, Accounting Interpretations, and Issues Papers; SEC Accounting and Auditing Enforcement releases, Staff Accounting Bulletins (SAB), Staff Legal Bulletins, and Financial Reporting Releases; International Accounting Standards Committee (IASC) Accounting Standards. The service shall provide interpretations on accounting with interpretive publications and other documentations. Estimated cost of this procurement is $16,200.
