- Single award term contract for period beginning April 1, 2003 and ending March 31, 2004, plus up to two optional 12-month extension periods for the Social Security Administration. Production area, assumed 60-mile radius of the Social Security Administration. Bidders outside area must furnish documentation of their ability to meet schedule. Copy pickup in Baltimore, MD. Approximately 0 to 20 orders per month. Up to 5 orders may be placed in one day with approximately 1 to 100 copies from 1 to 200 different signs. Size: Format A: trim size up to and including 6 x 9 inch. Format B: trim size over 6 x 9 inch up to and including 9 x 12 inch. Format C: trim size over 9 x 12 inch up to and including 12 x 22 inch. Format D: trim size over 12 x 22 inch up to and including 17 x 22 inch. Printing: Metal Photo, print face only in black ink or a single ink color other than black as indicated on the print order. Full reverse printing will be required on some orders. Operations include making reproducibles, printing (metal photo), trimming, packing, and delivery. Bids offered are f.o.b. destination to approximately 8 addresses within the commercial zones of Baltimore, MD, and Washington, DC. Quality attributes level III. Bid opening March 13, 2003.
