- NAICS 221119 Size 4 mil megawatt hours: Provide 100 percent renewable power for Environmental Protection Agencylab located in Houston, TX. Firms must be certified by Public Utility Commission of Texas as a Retail Energy Provider (REP) in order to propose on this requirement. This is a commercial item acquisition and will be acquired utilizing SOURCE SELECTION procedures with award based on Best Value Outcome. Anticipated issue date of the proposal is on or about March 20, 2003, with an anticipated preproposal meeting on March 27, 2003, with an anticipated receipt of the technical proposal date of April 3, 2003 and with an anticipated receipt of the pricing schedule date of April 8, 2003.
