- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is soliciting sources for the following: Color Monitor with touch screen, part #HBA0100000101, for Zeiser Numbering system ENC 6068 repair part for Cope Pak Super Numerota 212 press. (Stock No. 2E025439). Quantity is 2 ea. Central control unit type 35 ZE 94 R101 ABB#GJR5146600R0101 35ZE94 KBA DWG group 961 position 104 KBA drawing #L005.615.7 three central processors used per press. Press #6491802 repair part for Super Numerota 212 press. (Stock No. 2E024625). Quantity is 8 ea. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business (see numbered note 1). The applicable North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) code 333319, with a small business size standard is 500 employees. The request for quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-03-0270. Delivery shall be made within 30 days after receipt of purchase order. Deliver terms are F.O.B. Destination to Bureau of Engraving & Printing, D Street between 13th & 14th Street S W, Washington D C 20228. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be price. All interested small business is requested to submit a written quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be submitted on a SF1449, SF18 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNS numbers, size status (that is, small business, disadvantaged business or woman owned business). If this item is available under GSA Schedule, please provide the schedule number. Quotations are due by 2:30 P.M. on March 17, 2003.
