- Description
- The Department of the Navy (DON) in general, and the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) in particular, are entering a period of radical change on several levels. NAVSUP is engaged in changing the way we perform our business practices, the tools we use to execute our functions, the way in which we have traditionally aligned our business units, the organizational relationships and reporting chain, and the restructuring of staff through contract agreements and Navy Transformation. Each of these changes is significant and we appreciate the impact that any one of these changes has on our staff from an emotional, physical, and mental perspective. What we don?t have an appreciation for is how to cope with the scope and scale of these changes as they all converge on the organization simultaneously. NAVSUP is interested in learning what industry experts in the area of Organizational Ch ange Management would propose to help us successfully manage our environment of change. Therefore, we our seeking Industry?s advice and counsel on how to proceed from here.
