- The Naval Sea Systems Command has a requirement for two (2) MK 45 MOD 4 Gun Mounts including shields and gun barrels, data, provisioning technical documentation, and provisioned items orders for FY03 DDG-51 Class ships. This requirement will be solicited sole source from the designer, developer, and only qualified producer of the MK 45, United Defense, L.P., Armament Systems Division, 4800 East River Road, Minneapolis, MN 55421. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact United Defense directly. See Note 22.
