- Description
- Description: The Naval Air Systems Command, PMA-260, has a requirement for the development of Computer Based Maintenance (CBM) aids. The CBM is not a substitute for Technical Manuals, Training or other procedures currently in place. The CBM is a supplement to support the sailor?s knowledge about operating Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) and/or systems supported by CASS through a CD based presentation augmented by video and graphics. It is anticipated that a sole source, Firm Fixed Price contract, using the authority granted under FAR 13.5, Test Program for Commercial Items, will be awarded to Prospective Computer Analysts, Inc. (PCA), 100 Garden City Plaza, Garden City, New York, 11530. The expected period of performance for this contract will be one year from date of award.
