Description

NA The Northern Region Contracting Center Mission Support Division Fort Leavenworth KS is seeking sources among GSA schedule contractors. The Services requested is development of software to fulfill the Phase VII requirements of the Corps Battle Simulation ( CBS) Run Time Manager (RTM). The current contractor Booz-Allen and Hamilton GSA contract (GS-35F-0306J) completed phase I thru VI of the RTM concept development. The Phase VII objective is continuing the RTM baseline development for interfacing the evolv ing digital command and control devices of the Army Battle Command System (ABCS) and the Corps Battle Simulation (CBS) improvements. These further improvements will be centered on support of Battle Command Training Program (BCTP) Ramp-UP and Warfighter Ex ercises. The RTM development should consist of upgrade capabilities to support the CBS 1.8, conduct Data Accuracy Test (DAT) for a CBS standalone or CBS/CSSTSS Exercises, Graphical User Interface (GUI) and Scenario Managers support of the RTM Version 5.0. The complete requirements are included in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) code for this project is R421, NAICS code is 541519, and SIC code is 7379. If no responsive/responsible replies are received an order will be negotiated with Booz-Allen and Hamilton under GSA contract (GS-35F-0306J) for these services. All responses will be considered and must include proof of the ability to provide development of software to fulfill the Phase VII requirements of the Corps Bat tle Simulation (CBS) Run Time Manager (RTM) including performance information and references on the contractor?s abilities. The response should also provide GSA schedule, contract labor categories and rates for this service. All responses must include c ompany name, address, POC, phone number, fax number, email address, business size, taxpayer identification number, DUNS number and CAGE code. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov/. All responses must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. CDT, on 21 March 03.
