- NA Sources Sought The U.S. Army National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) seeks information on companies that have a minimum of 5 years experience in the following technical areas: Web usability analysis, Web-based Graphical User Interface Design, Technical Writing and Editing of Intelligence Products. Companies must possess a TOP SECRET//SI//TK//G//HCS clearance but need not possess experience in all areas. Responses should include the following minimum information: Total amount of experience, Availability of personnel, Short summaries of the three most recent and relevant contracts, to include the Scope, Deliverables, Period of performance, Customer POCs (i nclude phone number), Customer Satisfaction, Contractual Vehicles and Options Responses should be sent via email to the NGIC?s technical representative, Mr. Frank DiGiacomo, 434-980-7724, frdigfs@ngic.army.mil.
