- NA This contract is for a broad range of maintenance repair and minor construction on real property at McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, Oklahoma. The contract will be an Indefinite Quantity type contract and will list a variety of individual construction tas ks in a variety of trades such as carpentry, road repair, roofing, excavation, interior electrical, steam fitting, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, asbestos abatement, demolition, environmental clean-up, concrete masonry, and welding. This is a fixed pric e IDIQ contract for one (1) base year and up to four (4) option years. The total cumulative award amount for this indefinite delivery contract will not exceed $6,000,000 for the first year period. The contracting officer may exercise an option to extend the contract for a second, third, fourth, and a fifth 1-year period with an additional cumulative amount not to exceed $6,000,000 each year. Should the $6,000,000 per year limit be reached prior to the passage of 365 days, an option period may be exercise d for an additional $6,000,000 option year, not to exceed a total duration of 5 years and $30,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available on/or about April 15, 2003, and will be provided on Compact Disk (CD-ROM). THE NUMBER OF CD-ROMS WILL BE LIM ITED TO ONE (1) PER FIRM. Plans, specifications, and planholders lists will not be provided in a printed hard copy format.
