- NA CONTACT Robert Maltz, Electronics Engineer, 732 532-5539. Response date is withing 20 working days after date of publication. This is a market survey to locate possible sources for a Commercial Off The Shelf -COTS- non developmental product that meets the Army's unique program specification entitled -A3271173 Performance Specification Target Pointer/Illuminator/Aiming Light, AN/PEQ-2. Interested vendors must possess the production capacity to deliver 1000 units/month, 90 days from the date of award. Perf ormance Specification A3271173 is available upon request as a Word document from the announcement POC. This is not a request for proposals. Interested suppliers must include vendor brochures which detail comprehensive/complete information on technical an d critical performance characteristics of their COTS hardware matching our Performance Specification. Interested vendors can email: robert.maltz@mail1.monmouth.army.mil for a copy of the A3271173 specification. Response date is April 4, 2003.
