This item has been identified by IMMC as having a potential for significant quantity fluctuation due to the customer?s changing supply demand. As such, Inc remental Quantity Program provisions will be included to reflect a minimum quantity of 40, a known quantity of 228, and a maximum quantity of 380. This proposed acquisition is for a requirements contract which will be segregated into five (5) program peri ods with orders to be issued one or more times as requirements materialize. However, this does not preclude the Government from ordering the maximum quantity at any time during the requirements period. This requirement requires two (2) each, first article for testing. The proposed contract listed herein is 100% small business set aside. Destination to be furnished. Delivery Schedule 290 days after contract award. 100 days for delivery of first article, 90 days testing and 100 days for delivery of producti on quantity. Delivery Schedule without first article, 100 days after contract award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the c losing date stated above.
