- NA The item to procure is: Jack, Screw, Hand, NSN: 5120-01-210-3687, PN: 12009295, consisting of plywood sheet 36 inches X 18 inches bolted to an aluminum welded framework, linear worm gear actuator, aluminum 14 inch in diameter handsize and saddle jack. The total height is approximately 25 inches. Requirements are 46 each, Jack, Screw, Hand, for use on the M198 Howitzer. FOB is Destination. Estimated issue date is 20 Mar 2003. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 a nd 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
