- NA This project consists of furnishing all labor, material, equipment and supervision to demo damaged areas and repair roofs to include some interior ceiling and floor damaged areas at Building 315 (approximately 300 square feet), Building 201 (approximately 10,000 square feet) and Building 145 (approximately 3,600 square feet), Sierra Army Depot, Herlong CA. This procurement is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industrial Classificat ion Code (NAICS) is 238160. The related small business size standard is $12.0 Million. The proposed performance period is 60 calendar days after notice to proceed. The magnitude of this proposed construction is under $100,000. Anticipated award date is April 3, 2003. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is March 10, 2003. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing and may be faxed to 530-827-4722, Attn: Tracy Marino. No telephone questions will be accepted. Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will only be posted on this website. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to continually view this website for any amendments made to this solicitation. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for March 20, 2003.
