- NA The Directorate of Contracting at Fort Carson, CO intends to make a single award to a responsible offeror for leased pagers with a local service area of the Colorado Front Range and nationwide service to the continental United States; in accordance with th e Performance Based Work Statement. This procurement is unrestricted. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsible offers within the competetive range will be considered and award will be made based on be st value. Solicitation Issue Date is 7 March 2003 and Offer Due Date/Time is 14 March 2003 at 1000 MST.
