- Description
- Work consists of furnishing all parts, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services and supervision necessary to Repair Repair HVAC Bldg 352,at Scott AFB IL 62225-5015. The principal items of work shall include, but are not limited to, the following: Seal off the hot deck of the air handling units and install reheat coils and to replace existing return air grilles with new. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP), Price Performance Trade-Off (PPTO) solicitation. There will be no public bid opening. Award will be made based upon the ?Best Value? to the Government in accordance with FAR 15. The Magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This action is unrestricted. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The entire solicitation, including the specifications and drawings, will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Web Site at http://www.eps.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. Potential offerors MUST register at www.eps.gov./ in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. All contractors MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database or their proposal will not be considered. Contractors can obtain further information on the Central Contractor registration (CCR) at web site http://www.safaq.hq.af.mil/contracting/ccrO.html. Prospective offerors who would like their company name included on the Bidders Mailing List (planholder's list) must submit their company name, address and telephone number to Tina Voss at Fax 618 256-2652, or E-mail tina.voss@scott.af.mil within 7 calendar days after the solicitation is posted on the web site. This list will uploaded to the web site. No further submissions will be accepted or posted. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any bid/proposal preparation costs.
