- The Air Force Reserve unit at NAS JRB Fort Worth, TX is issuing a Request for Quote from a small business capable of conducting Leadership Training for mid-to-senior level Naval commanders. Training will be conducted at NAS JRB Fort Worth, TX for approximately 30 Officers in the May 2003 timeframe. The major objectives of the training are to assess the individual and group leadership capabilities, improve communication among the senior leadership, and to enable the mid-and senior-level commanders to enhance their effectiveness in carrying out the command?s mission. The training should be provided by an organization with personnel who have the necessary education and experience to make an effective assessment of the command leadership?s current methods, and the ability to provide insight and advice to tailor and improve the command?s leadership skills. In particular, the organization should include those with executive experience either as senior-level (O-5 and above) military officers with command experience (naval vessels, military installations, tactical or strategic aviation squadrons, or brigade-level and higher ground units) or as a corporate officer at the vice-president-or-higher level at a Fortune 500-level company.
