- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Contracting Office: Department of the Air Force, Air Force Material Command, Electronic Systems Center, HQ Standard Systems Group, Directorate of Contracting, 490 East Moore Dr., Suite 270, MAFB-Gunter Annex, AL 36114-3000 Notice of intent to Award Sole Source to: Quest Software, Inc. who is to provide a combination of New Licenses, Upgrades and Re-certification of the TOAD/Navigator 7.4 Professional Software Licenses. Intention: The Purchase of Fifty-two (52) unit packages of New TOAD/Navigator 7.4 Professional Licensed Software, Forty-eight (48) 7.4 Professional Upgrades to the current SSG TOAD Software, and verification of the Re-certification to Forty-eight (48) existing TOAD/Navigator Licenses, directly to MAFB ? Gunter Annex, AL. Justification: Supplies or services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all proposals received within the 10 days upon the publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
