Description

Provide all services and supplies for Visual Information Services, which includes graphic, photo, and training development media products. The contractor will also be responsible to provide self-help instructions and guidance as necessary to applicable individuals. The contractor is responsible for maintaining a large amount of Government furnished equipment, which he will receipt for, plus maintains a specified bench stock. Certain services shall be provided by the government, whereas, the contractor is responsible for a number of services and equipment to provide the contract services. This acquisition is Set Aside 100% for 8(a) SB Program and has a NAICS code 541430 with dollar value of $8M. A Quality Control Plan is required from each offeror and shall accompany each proposal. Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT) will be employed in the evaluation of proposals. The performance period for this acquisition is 1 October 2003 through 30 September 2004 for the Basic Period and six option years. The solicitation will be release on or about 21 April 2003 with receipt due on or about 21 May 2003 and requires a written response as to your intentions to attend the site visit. The solicitation package must be downloaded from www.eps.gov; no hard copies will be available. Vendors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration prior to the award of any contract.
