- This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Requisition Number FQ480130360100 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for a small business concern. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238990. The size standard is $12M. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Job involves installing electrical gate, constructing concrete pad and pedestal for installing/mounting controller, very little earthwork, construct bollards and repair/replace barbed wire. For complete description reference Statement of Work (SOW). PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Less than $25K. SITE VISIT scheduled for: 17 March 2003 at 0900 a.m.; reference Block 10 of Solicitation for more details. PROJECT DETAILS: The Solicitation and other attachments should be posted on or before 7 March 2003 and MUST BE downloaded from FedBizOps at www.eps.gov; DO NOT REQUEST VIA MAIL OR FAX. Five (5) attachments will be posted: (1) The Solicitation, Standard Form 1442; (2) SOW as Attachment 1; (3) Wage Rates as Attachment 2; (4) Contractor's Summary Sheet as Attachment 3; (5) Drawings. IMPORTANT NOTICES: 1) RFQ submission ? Must be as indicated in Attachment 3. 2) You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the Central Contractor Registration Database. (Ref.
