- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to procure document collection, destruction, and shredding services for its New Mexico VA Health Care System (NMVAHCS), the Cooperative Studies Program Clinical Research Pharmacy Coordinating Center (CSPSRPCC), and the VA Regional Office (VARO) located at Albuquerque, New Mexico. The resulting contract shall cover all 3 sites. This acquisition is being done in accordance with FAR 19.502-2, Total Small Business Set-Asides. The contract will contain a one-year base period and four one-year renewable option periods. Anticipated award date is April 30, 2003. The solicitation will be released on or about March 14, 2003 and closed 30 days thereafter. The solicitation will be available electronically at: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/cgi-bin/WebObjects/BosPublic.woa. Any amendments will be available at the same URL and offerors will be responsible for obtaining amendments. Electronic offers will not be accepted. All responsible Small Business sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. All questions must be in writing.
