- Description
- The VA Health Administration Center, Denver, Colorado, intends to negotiate a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a GSA vendor to provide all resources necessary to accomplish the requirements of this solicitation. The purpose of this project is to build and maintain a Business Reporting Prototype to Production in support of Business Performance Reporting for the Veterans Health Administration=92s (VHA) Business Office. The Contractor shall provide assistance in conducting requirements analysis, reviewing alternatives, outlining options, implementing the selected approach to bring the prototype, previously advertised to production by evaluating how well the prototype meets VHA=92s needs, and supporting its expansion into an Agency-wide deployment. The selection shall be competed between the following GSA vendors: Grant Thornton, PriceWaterhouse- Coopers, Deloitte & Touche, LLP, and EDS. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes from other than GSA vendors but responses received on or before March 21, 2003, will be evaluated. Inquiries may be addressed to Teresa M.
