- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepare= d in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request for Quotations a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is RFQ 247-180-03 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-11. This is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811211, with a size standard of $6 million. Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Augusta, GA has a recurring need under FAR Part 13.106.=20 The anticipated contract award will be a Firm Fixed Price. The contractor shall provide Set-up/delivery of CCTV Systems. Award will be based on lowest quote meeting all requirements. Contractor will receive the system from the manufacturer. 2. Review system for physical damage in shipment. 3. Review of system for out of box failures. 4. Coordinate arrangement for return of manufacturer and receipt of replacement unit for systems damaged in shipment and out of box failures (assuming that the manufacturer will be responsible for pick up of out of box failures and for coordinating with their shipping company re: damaged units.) 5.=20 Delivery of system to veteran=92s location, as directed. 6. Set-up and installation at veteran=92s location, as directed by VA. 6. Set-up and installation at veteran=92s location. 7. Verification system works and the veteran can access it or not.
