- This synopsis announces the final decision of the Cost Comparison Study under OMB Circular A-76 for professional and technical library information services at the National Center for Health Statistics staff research library in Hyattsville, MD. The study resulted in the decision to continue to perform the activity in-house. The public review period began on January 30, 2003, and concluded on February 20, 2003.
