Description: The National Institutes of Health, Construction Contracts Branch (CCB) is seeking a highly qualified Contractor with demonstrated successful project experience in complex research laboratory facilities to provide Construction Quality Management (CQM) Support Services for management oversight during planning, scheduling, estimating, design, construction, commissioning, activation, occupancy and closeout of an Integrated Research Laboratory located at Fort Detrick in Fredrick, Maryland. The proposed facility will be comprised of laboratories designed and constructed to Biosafety Level (BSL)2, 3 and 4.
