- The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Admin. (NOAA)has a requirement for the removal of old and installation of a new emergency generator system at the National Weather Service Forecast Office in Memphis, TN. You shall be working with the local Kohler generator distributor, Dixon Power, of Memphis, TN. This will be a Performed Based Contract whereby you shall determine all additional and necessary materials, equipment, labor and transportation that must be provided to construct a new, complete and operational emergency generator system which is defined in the Statement of Work. Technical merit as well as price will be used to evaluate offers. As the technical merit becomes more equal, price becomes a greater factor. Procurements under Simplified Acquisition Procedures ($25,000-$100,000) are set-aside for small business unless small business cannot meet the need at a reasonable price.
