- Description
- Contractor shall provide one complete, weather-tight, model year 2000 or newer, fully accessible, temporary modular office building (modular building). The work consists of supply, delivery and setup of a modular building on an existing gravel pad. The size of the modular building shall be approximately 1,500 square feet, as measured from the outside of the exterior walls. The Contractor shall be responsible for connecting the water, sewer, electrical, air conditioning, and gas heating systems to the modular building. The work also includes removal of the modular building at the end of the contract time. The lease of the building shall be one (1) year with 2 option years to extend the lease. This solicitation should be issued on or about March 20, 2003 and can be downloaded from this site.
