Description
THE SOLICITATION FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE POSTED FOR REVIEW AND PRINTING ON FEDBIZOPPS APPROXIMATELY MARCH 21, 2003. The closing date for proposals will be approximately April 21, 2003. The solicitation will have the exact open and closing dates. This project consists of construction, delivery, and installation of approximately 11,900 linear feet of new waterline, a new 185,000-gallon water tank, and a 10 ft by 12 ft modular building. It also incorporates associated site work including clearing, grading, underground electrical utilities, hot bituminous paving spaces, boring/jacking, and miscellaneous work to support the construction. The project is about 41 miles northwest of Las Vegas. From Las Vegas, Nevada, drive northwest on U.S. 95 to State Route (SR) 156. Take SR 156 about 14 miles towards Mt. Charleston. Continue for approximately 3 miles past the intersection of SR 156 and SR 158. Camp Lee Canyon will be on the left of SR 156. The campground entrance will be about one half mile west of Camp Lee Canyon. Est. start date is June 1, 2003 with 210 calendar days for completion. The est. price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The NAICS code is 237110. The size standard is $28.5 Million. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
