- THE SOLICITATION FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE POSTED FOR REVIEW AND PRINTING ON FEDBIZOPPS APPROXIMATELY MARCH 24, 2003. The closing date is approximately April 25, 2003. The solicitation will have the exact open and closing dates. The project consists of the construction of various sizes of high density polyethylene waterline, a fiberglass underground storage tank, and a precast concrete utility building (pump house); plumbing appurtenances, valves and valve boxes, frost proof hydrants, venting and drainage piping, thrust blocks, rodent proof drains, well abandonment, electrical and control systems, site work, aggregate surfacing, and clean-up. The project is located at the High Valley Guard station approximately 65 miles north of Boise, Idaho. The High Valley Guard Station is located on Forest Road No. 644, which can be accessed from Smiths Ferry, Idaho on High State Highway 55 or from the Ola Valley Road off of Idaho State Highway 52 between Horseshoe Bend, Idaho and Emmett, Idaho. The est. price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The NAICS code is 237110. The size standard is $28.5 Million. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
