- THE SOLICITATION FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE POSTED FOR REVIEW AND PRINTING ON FEDBIZOPPS SOMETIME DURING THE FIRST WEEK OF APRIL, 2003. The closing date for proposals will be approximately April 11, 2003. The solicitation will have the exact closing date. The services for this project, include the furnishing and placement of solid waste collection bins at various locations on the Mountain Home Ranger District, Boise National Forest. Along with emptying, hauling and disposing of solid waste in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions. This project will have a base year plus two option years. Campgrounds are located in the Anderson Ranch Reservoir and Lester Creek Guard Station areas. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
