Specifications plans or drawings relating to the procrement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Govt. ESTIMATED ANNUAL QTY IS 210 EA, GUARANTEED MINIMUM QTY IS 47 EA, MAXIMUM ANNUAL QTY IS 260 EA, MINIMUM DELIVERY ORDER QTY IS 47 AND THE MAXIMUM DELIVERY ORDER QTY 100 EA. U/I: EA, Delivery: 120 days A.R.O. FOB: Origin with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Other than full and open (10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1)(Far 6.302-1). Only one source(Note 22). Intended source: Ontic Engineering and MFG INC. 22 Sole Source. Unrestricted. SOLICITAITON WILL RESULT IN AN INDEFINITE QTY CONTRACT WITH BASE YEAR AND 4 OPTION YEARS. SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE IS MARCH 28, 2003. The final award contract decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation.
