- NSN(s): 3040011024531 Item Description: HUB, BODY. (INNER IDLER WHEEL ) In accordance with Army (19207) Drawing 12307519 and all current related data. Quantity of 699 Each to be delivered in 270 days (120 days to Delivery of First Article Test , 30 days for Government Evaluation , and 120 days Production ) to New Cumberland PA (227 Each ), Tracy CA (317 Each), and Texarkana TX (155 Each). The solicitation contains an incremental pricing provision whereby award may be made for a quantity differing from that stated. A 50% Option will be included and may be exercised at the Government?s discretion. Solicitation will be available on its issue date of 14 Mar 03 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp . All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See note 26. If the applicable drawings are not posted at the above website, see Clause L07 Availability of Drawings, on how to obtain the drawing. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors, as described in the solicitation.
