OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT: 48 MONTHS. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: 30 DAYS ARO. DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD: 12 MONTHS. QAP 001 applies, NAICS is 335931, Small Business Set a side. Other than full and open. FOB: Origin and Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This is a request for proposal for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Estimated annual quantity for year one is 1836 each. Estimated annual quantity for year two through five is 1836 each. Solicitations between $25,000 and over will be made in writing.
